Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with ancient ancestry. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the wild west in an awesome game for beginning level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the croupier, unlike almost all other poker games that gamblers play with other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, new players do not need to be concerned about other, more experienced players taking their $$$$.
Another Pai Gow advantage is the fairly slow game play, novices should be able to take their time and plan while not having to make quick decisions.
It is also simpler to enjoy for an extended time with only a tiny bit of cash seeing as, to lose, each of your hands has to be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards faces showing and the dealer receives 7 cards face down.
One 5 card hand and a two card hand must be made from the seven cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer’s.
