Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the west in an excellent game for beginning level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the casino, unlike the majority of other poker games that gamblers wager against other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, new players do not need to worry about other, more skillful players taking their cash.
Another Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game pace, beginners can take their time and strategize while not having to make hasty selections.
It is also much simpler to wager on for an extended time with basically a little amount of money seeing as, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt seven cards faces showing and the croupier receives seven cards face down.
A five card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the seven cards, the 5 card hand has to be better than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be larger than the houses.
