Novice Strategy for Pai Gow Poker

[ English ]

Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient ancestry. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in a fantastic game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler versus the house, not like nearly all other poker games that gamblers play with other players. By gambling against the dealer, beginner players don’t need to be concerned about any other, more experienced individuals winning their cash.

One more Pai Gow advantage is the relatively slow game play, novices can take their time and strategize without needing to make frenzied selections.

It is also much simpler to gamble on for a long time with only a small bit of cash since, to lose, both of your hands has to be under each of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt seven cards face up and the croupier is dealt 7 cards face down.

A five card hand and one two card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be better than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the casino’s.
